The Solar Plexus Chakra, the third of the seven main chakras is located in the upper abdomen between the navel and the sternum. It is associated with personal power, confidence, self-esteem, and willpower.

When out of balance we may feel low self-esteem and lack of confidence, Difficulty making decisions and taking action, fear of failure and criticism, digestive issues, such as ulcers or irritable bowel syndrome, and feeling overwhelmed or powerless.

In this session we will focus on on balancing our Solar Plexus Chakra supporting enhanced sense of self-worth and confidence, standing up for ourselves, asserting boundaries, motivation to achieve goals, and overall physical health
