The crown chakra, located at the top of the head, is the seventh and highest chakra in the chakra system. It connects us to our higher self, spirituality, and universal consciousness. 

When out of balance we may feel disconnected from spirituality or purpose, lack of intuition or inner wisdom, headaches or migraines, sleep disturbances, and confusion or mental fog, a difficult time expressing ourselves, feeling a lack of worth, and difficulty connecting with others.
