The heart chakra, located in the center of the chest, it is associated with love, compassion, forgiveness, and empathy. When balanced, we experience feelings of warmth, connection, and openness.

When out of balance we may feel emotional coldness or detachment, difficulty expressing love or receiving it, fear of intimacy, resentment or the inability to forgive, loneliness and isolation.

In this session we will focus on on balancing our Heart Chakra supporting enhanced connection to ourselves and others, the increased ability to forgive with love and empathy.
